I feel the need to introduce myself to my technical audience (even though it really doesn't exist yet).
For the past 5 years, I have been working as a Software Developer/Architect for Perot Systems, the past 3 years of which I have been working on a team that specializes in developing Enterprise Workflow Applications for client intranets. We are a Microsoft shop, primarily using C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, SQL Server, MSMQ, and a variety of backend Workflow (or BPM) engines.
I had the opportunity to be the primary designer of an architectural framework that now supports over 10 different client workflow applications (and growing), using a provider framework to run on different types of backend engines as needed.
For the last 3-4 months I have been working off and on to place all of our software projects into a Continuous Integration and Automated Testing model using NAnt, NUnit, and CruiseControl.NET.
My interests (and possible future topics) are:
- Programming Tips and Tricks
- Test Driven Development
- Continuous Integration
That's it. I look forward to getting to know you better. Perhaps we could have coffee sometime? Maybe catch a movie afterwards?
